Who needs psychological counseling / psychotherapy?

Life is not as good as it is, and appropriate emotional fluctuation is not uncommon. However, if the stress or emotional problems cause specific symptoms, such as frequent emotional fluctuations, feeling tired, lack of motivation, restlessness, sleep problem, body alarm system becoming very sensitive, anxious, panic, experiencing extreme ups and downs, unable to control oneself or live normally, one may need professional help. Psychological counseling / psychotherapy is one of the effective ways to provide help for the above situations. If clients need other treatment after assessment, they will be referred to the appropriate professionals for further evaluation.
